Village Clean-Up Day
Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.
The drop-off location will be at the Millersburg Public Works Department, 600 Walkup Street.
Workers will accept household waste, wood, concrete, brick, block, other construction or demolition debris, and large items such as furniture, mattresses and metal items. Dried paint is accepted. Appliances containing Freon are accepted as long as the Freon has been evacuated and the appliance is properly tagged confirming evacuation. Excluded items are all liquids, tires, hazardous materials, chemicals, batteries, and animal carcasses or parts. This is a free service to all Kimble Recycling & Disposal customers who reside in the Village of Millersburg.
Proof of residency may be required.
Customers with physical impairment or handicap may contact the Village to arrange pickup of bulk items.
We will also have locked drop-off bins for shredding paper-only. Please, no binder clips or three-ring binders.
Please do not drop anything off before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2nd.
Anyone with questions on the event or wishing to schedule pickup service due to impairment or handicap should contact the Village Offices at (330) 674-1886.
Water/Sewer Bills
First quarter Water/Sewer Bills were mailed the week of March 30th. Our new billing system is officially up and running. Your bill will look different. It will arrive in a regular-sized envelope - not a post card. Your bill was due by April 25th, 2026.
